Solicitation number 1282A727Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Medical Services at Flatwoods Job Corp Center which includes examinations and assessments, treatment, issuance of prescriptions and immunizations, monitoring health conditions, recommending hospitalization, follow-up care, prevention planning and intervention, and all other services required by the Statement of Work (see Attachment 1 of Solicitation).
