Description

North Island College is seeking quotations for installation of two owner-supplied 3-ton Precedent Unitary Rooftop HVAC units and the supply and installation of one Condair EL-005 humidifier for the IT server room. The college will supply the rooftop units and roof curbs; the quotation must cover the labour, materials, equipment, and associated costs needed to complete the installation and make the system operational. All installation work must be completed by March 12, 2027. Submissions must be made electronically through BC Bid by pre-authorized electronic bidders.
