The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority seeks a qualified contractor to provide graphic design, layout, and related creative services for its approximately 32-page annual report. Using written copy, photographs, branding assets, and other materials supplied by the Authority, the contractor will develop the report concept and design, create supporting graphics, incorporate review comments, and prepare final files for digital publication and print production. Proposals are limited to 20 pages, with specified exclusions, and the Authority anticipates selecting one provider. Proposals are due by email by November 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET.
