New Caney Independent School District is seeking multiple providers for district fundraising activities on an as-needed basis. - Government buyer: New Caney Independent School District (NCISD), Purchasing Department. - Requested service: Fundraising services for district campuses and departments; no quantities or minimum work are guaranteed. - Vendor selection: The District will consider company reputation, products or services offered, unit costs and suggested retail prices, and anticipated profit percentage. Campuses select providers from an approved roster. - Key requirements: Payment and commission arrangements are negotiated for each fundraiser. Vendors may not handle fundraiser cash or checks, are paid after services are delivered, and are responsible for applicable sales taxes. - Named companies: IonWave Technologies is identified as the e-bid portal’s technical-support provider; no fundraising provider or service OEM is named. - Contract term: One year. Multiple providers may be selected.

Description

New Caney ISD is seeking vendors to provide fundraising services for District use on an as-needed basis, with multiple contracts to be assigned. No quantities are guaranteed, and the contract period is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. Proposals are due November 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT; the District may negotiate terms, conditions, or pricing with proposers. Award is subject to Board approval at or near the December 2026 Board Meeting.
