Description

The Town of Needham is accepting sealed bids for on-call carpentry services. The bid package is available from the Public Works Department or the Town website beginning October 29, 2026. A 5% bid deposit is required, and written questions are due November 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Bids are due November 19, 2026, at 1:30 PM; the agreement is planned for January 2027, with an initial term from January 1 through December 31, 2027, and may be renewed or extended for up to four additional one-year terms at the Town's discretion.
