Filters must meet NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 requirements for particulate reduction and lead removal. Asbestos abatement must be performed by a contractor or subcontractor prequalified with the Illinois Capital Development Board. - Other procurement requirements: The project has a 28% BEP participation goal, Illinois Works apprenticeship requirements, applicable prevailing-wage requirements, and a preference for U.S.-produced materials to the extent practicable. Bidders must document similar experience, including public and private water services, interior residential meters, and trenchless work, and provide at least two municipal recommendation letters. - Schedule: The documents specify a construction completion deadline and a later punch-list deadline, but the punch-list deadline is inconsistent across documents. No contract start date, option years, or annual subscription is specified.
