Description

Saint Mary's County Metropolitan Commission is soliciting bids to replace sections of the Piney Point and St. George Island Force Mains, with work primarily located in the Piney Point area. The contractor must provide the equipment, tools, materials, labor, and incidentals needed to complete the project, including additional, extra, and incidental work considered necessary by the Owner. Work must comply with the drawings, specifications and contract documents, addenda, and the Commission’s applicable design manual, technical specifications, and construction-detail standards. Bids are due December 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST; a pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled for November 10, 2026.
