Description

The County of Mercer is seeking contractors to provide on-call repair, stabilization, rehabilitation, replacement, and maintenance services for County-owned or County-maintained buildings, structures, and facility systems in the trades identified in the Proposal Form. Work may be routine, intermittent, urgent, or emergency, and must follow a written scope issued by an authorized County representative. HVAC services are excluded and procured separately. The contract term is one year, with an option to extend for one additional year; the County guarantees no minimum quantity of work or expenditure.
