The City of Bullhead City is seeking bids for the Hancock Road Paving Project, Project No. 27-PW-009. The work consists of full-depth milling of approximately 2.3 miles of existing asphalt on Hancock Road and replacing it with 4 inches of new 3/4-inch asphalt in Bullhead City, Arizona. Bids are due November 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Arizona time, and must be submitted sealed to the City Clerk’s Office. Technical questions must be submitted in writing or by email by November 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
