The NATO Support and Procurement Agency is seeking 23 line items of spare parts for the NASAMS Air Defence System. - Government buyer: NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), LD – Communications, Air and Missile Defense Programme. - OEMs named: Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS, Astrodyne Corporation, Comrod AS, Empl Fahrzeugwerk GmbH (EMPL), and Mastsystem Int’l Oy. - Requested parts: 23 types of system spares, with quantities from 2 to 36; full part numbers and quantities are listed below. Items include control interfaces and terminals, radio equipment and batteries, filters, antenna hardware, masts, control units, and a winch spare-part kit. - Notable requirements: All materiel must be new and current production. Delivery is FCA at the contractor’s facility under Incoterms 2020. Quality requirements include AQAP 2131 and a Certificate of Conformity using the AQAP 2070 template; a bidder that is not the manufacturer must provide the manufacturer’s certificate. For U.S.-origin exports, the successful bidder must act as the U.S. Principal Party in Interest and Exporter of Record. - Evaluation: Proposals are assessed for compliance with the request, then on lowest price. Delivery terms are requested.
