Description

NSPA requests firm fixed-price proposals for the supply of aircraft parts for AWACS and E-3A aircraft. The requested items are structural aircraft panels (one each of two parts), four life raft door seals, and six access covers, with the listed Boeing part references. Delivery is FCA the contractor’s facilities under Incoterms 2020, and offers are evaluated first for compliance with the RFP terms and then by lowest price. A Certificate of Conformity is required; AQAP 2131 requirements are specified for the life raft door seals and access covers.
