The platform will support development and updates to the City’s long-range strategic plan. - Requested services and pricing: Year 1–3 annual SaaS subscriptions; one-time implementation and training; two optional Year 4 entries in the pricing schedule, whose distinction is unclear; and optional operational planning and performance-management workshops. - Platform capabilities: Manage plans and initiatives across departments; track tasks, dependencies, KPIs, and progress; provide consolidated status views and configurable reports; and support internal filtering and public-facing dashboards with multilingual functionality and no third-party plugins. - Public information: Dashboards should communicate community goals, progress, spending, maintenance plans, and City priorities in accessible formats. Public-facing interactive maps of capital projects, showing location, phase, status, and budget, are desirable. - Training: Provide initial training for the City’s project manager/administrator and staff, plus training resources for continued use. - OEMs and vendors: No software manufacturer, OEM, reseller, or vendor is named in the opportunity. - Other stated agreement conditions: The attached consultant agreement template refers to compliance with prevailing wage laws and limits subcontracting without City approval; project-specific details in that template remain placeholders.
