Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations for electrical maintenance and repairs on a like-for-like basis. Vendors must submit the official proposal and required documentation through the electronic bidding portal. Award recommendations are subject to evaluation and verification of compliance with HISD liability insurance requirements and its Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program. The tentative contract term is January 15, 2027 through January 14, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals, and may be extended by up to 90 days for business continuity.
