Description
MX2 LLC filed a proposed rule change to amend Rule 11.15 concerning clearly erroneous executions. The amendments would extend restrictions on clearly erroneous review to overnight protected hours, in light of the SEC’s approval of overnight price bands for 23/5 trading. The proposal also addresses review procedures for transactions in NMS stocks not subject to the LULD Plan during overnight protected hours. The rule change is scheduled to become operative at the commencement of 23/5 trading, scheduled to begin industry-wide on December 6, 2026.
