This SEC notice describes proposed changes to Cboe’s published fees for its Silexx order entry management system, not a government purchase. - Government agency: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) published the notice; it is not a buyer in this matter. - Proposal: Cboe Exchange, Inc. proposes to remove the Silexx Fee Schedule in its entirety. Fees for Silexx would instead be set through customer contracts, and use of the system remains voluntary. - OEM and service: Cboe Silexx, LLC offers Silexx, an order entry management system that supports connectivity and order submission to Cboe Exchange and other exchanges. No part number or quantity is specified. - Other entity mentioned: ICE Clear Credit LLC’s approved recovery and wind-down plan revisions account for its planned U.S. Treasury clearing service; this is separate from the Silexx fee proposal and is not a procurement request. - Procurement status: No products or services are being solicited for purchase, and no contract value or performance period is provided.
Description
Cboe Exchange, Inc. proposes to remove the Silexx Fee Schedule in its entirety in accordance with conditional exemptive relief granted by the SEC. Silexx fees will instead be established in customer contracts, and the Exchange proposes to remove the fee schedule from its website to avoid confusion with contract pricing. The notice invites interested persons to submit comments on whether the proposed rule change is consistent with the Securities Exchange Act. Comments are due by November 19, 2026.
