Description

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Water Resources Section, received an application from Aurora Energy Services, LLC for a water right. The application requests seasonal withdrawals from a drilled well of up to 30 AFY, from April 1 through November 30, for dust control, hydro-seeding, compaction, and industrial use. The proposed withdrawal is in portions of Sections 25 and 30, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, and Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Fairbanks Meridian. Written comments are due by 5:00 p.m. on November 13, 2026; objections may be filed within 15 days of publication or service of notice.
