Berkeley County fleet vehicle purchase: one small/mid-size SUV, two pickups, and one full-size SUV

Berkeley County Commission is seeking four new fleet vehicles for county use in Martinsburg, West Virginia. - Buyer: Berkeley County Commission, Berkeley County, West Virginia; County Commission office. - Requested vehicles: - 1 white 2026-or-newer small/mid-size SUV with AWD. - 2 white 2026-or-newer 4WD ½-ton pickups with 6½-foot beds and extended cabs (not quad cabs). - 1 white 2026-or-newer full-size SUV with AWD. - Specifications: Automatic transmission and gasoline engines are preferred. Required features vary by vehicle and include Bluetooth, air conditioning, power-assisted steering, exterior key locks and two keys, power windows, and four-wheel disc brakes with ABS. The SUVs also require power door locks, rear-window defrosters, dark cloth seats, and traction control; the full-size SUV additionally requires cruise control and tire-pressure monitoring. Bids must identify any deviations from the specifications. - Named model examples: The small/mid-size SUV examples are Trailblazer, Bronco, and Cherokee; the full-size SUV examples are Tahoe and Expedition. These are examples, not exclusive or mandatory models. No vendor is named, and no OEM is specified as mandatory. - Delivery and pricing: Pricing must include vehicle preparation and delivery to the County in Martinsburg. All vehicles are required within 90 days after award; payment is upon delivery. The County may award all or part of the requirement and may select multiple suppliers.

Berkeley County Commission requests qualification and price proposals for four fleet vehicles: one small/mid-size SUV, two 4-wheel-drive ½-ton pickup trucks, and one full-size SUV. Vehicles must meet or exceed the specifications in the RFP attachments, and any deviations must be identified in the proposal. The County expects to award in part, in whole, or in combination and may contract with several proposers. The successful bidder must arrange delivery to 750 Baltimore Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia, and provide the selected vehicle within 90 days of award.
