Description

The Town of Needham is seeking sealed bids for on-call carpentry services. The IFB package is available beginning October 29, 2026, from the Department of Public Works Administration Office or the Town website. Bids are due November 19, 2026, at 1:30 PM, and a 5% bid deposit is required. The agreement is scheduled for January 1 through December 31, 2027, with renewal or extension options for up to four additional one-year terms at the Town’s discretion.
