No suppliers, OEMs, or vendors are identified.
Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission gives notice that it is scheduling expedited five-year reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930. The reviews will determine whether revoking the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and terminating the suspended investigations on the product from Russia and Ukraine would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission found the domestic interested-party group response adequate and the respondent response inadequate, and determined that full reviews were not warranted. Written comments are due November 30, 2026, and the Commission extended the review period by up to 90 days.
