Responses are due November 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. - Training schedule and location: Effective Communicator is scheduled for November 3, 2026, and Effective Manager for November 4, 2026. Each is a 7.5-hour instructor-led session planned for 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. local time, at the Gilruth Center, Lone Star Room, JSC. - Scope and requirements: The courses include interactive practice; Effective Communicator includes MTDISC assessments, while Effective Manager includes practice in One On Ones, Feedback, and Delegation, a one-year Manager Tools Annual License for each attendee, and an individual eight-month rollout plan. Standard Effective Manager training excludes the Coaching Model; adding it requires an authorized change and additional charge. - Related support: The contractor must coordinate with NASA before training, tailor practice scenarios when appropriate, and provide follow-up check-ins 60–90 days after the engagement. NASA provides the venue and coordinates the attendee roster. The base price supports up to 30 attendees.
