The U.S. Army is seeking catered meals for personnel supporting an exercise at Tolemaida Military Base in Colombia. - Government buyer: U.S. Army; United States Army Western Hemisphere Command (USAWHC/USWHC); 410th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Center–Americas, and 0410 AQ HQ Contract office under the Mission and Installation Contracting Command. - Services and quantities: 3,220 breakfasts (CLIN 0001), 3,220 lunches (CLIN 0002), and 3,220 dinners (CLIN 0003), for 9,660 meals total. Provide the meals at the Casino dining location, Tolemaida Military Base. - Meal requirements: Prepare and deliver individual meals using approved menus and schedules. Requirements include six-day rotating menus, regional and culturally appropriate selections, beverages, nutritional standards, and food-safety controls. Lunches are individual box lunches for delivery and distribution during the specified midday service window. - Additional line item: One lot of Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance (CLIN 0004), from an approved source; the contractor must submit a DBA quote. Description

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade intends to acquire contractor support to provide catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for personnel participating in the ExSV Colombia 27 exercise. All meals shall be fully prepared and delivered to the Casino dining location at the Tolemaida Military Base in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
