Temporary modular offices and executive restroom trailer with installation and support services

The Federal Highway Administration’s Western Federal Lands Highway Division is seeking temporary office and restroom facilities for its Vancouver, Washington facility renovation. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD). - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, manufacturers, or vendors are named in the opportunity materials. - Products requested: One 24' x 60' modular office building; two 8' x 40' single-wide container or modular office units; and one executive restroom trailer with at least three stations. No product part numbers are specified. - Key facility requirements: The 24' x 60' office must be ADA-compliant and include at least three offices, a secure meeting room, and two conference rooms, plus specified HVAC, sound-dampening partitions, data pre-wiring, and electrical capacity. The two 8' x 40' units must be finished, open-plan offices with HVAC and commercial-grade finishes. The restroom trailer must be climate-controlled, no older than seven years, and include separate men's and women's access, specified freshwater and waste tank capacities, and a cold-weather package. - Services requested: A 22-month lease, delivery and site preparation, installation and utility hookups, maintenance and technical support, at least weekly septic pumping, and end-of-lease teardown, removal, and site restoration. Units must be turnkey and operational by the start of occupancy. - Performance period: Approximately 24 months overall, including setup before occupancy, a 22-month lease and maintenance period, and teardown and site restoration afterward.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.201 Solicitation procedures.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 69056727Q000005 is issued as an (RFQ) for Modular Buildings & Restroom Rental with Ancillary Services.  This requirement is to support and maintain WFLHD operations during the Division Office Facility Renovation by obtaining prefabricated modular office building(s), single-wide container/modular office units, and an executive restroom trailer on a temporary lease basis, including professional delivery, site preparation, installation, utility connection, preventative maintenance, weekly septic pumping maintenance, technical troubleshooting support, and eventual teardown/demobilization.
