The Department of the Air Force is seeking a specific featured artist for the USAF Band of Mid-America’s Spirit of the Season concert series. - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force; United States Air Force Band of Mid-America, under Air Mobility Command; 375th Contracting Squadron (375 CONS/PKB). - Named artist/vendor: Kris Allen is specifically required; substitutions are not accepted. No equipment OEMs or other vendors are identified. - Services requested: Two rehearsals and three featured-vocalist performances, plus artist coordination, travel and lodging, promotional support, and recording and media permissions. Description

The Department of the Air Force, United States Air Force Band of Mid-America, requires a contractor to secure and provide the professional services of Kris Allen as the featured guest vocalist for the Band’s 2026 Spirit of the Season concert series. Kris Allen is essential to the requirement, and substitutions will not be accepted. A Brand Name Justification for Kris Allen is attached to this RFQ.
