The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking contractor capability to repair a JLG boom lift at its St. Cloud, Minnesota facility. - Government buyer - Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 23 - St. Cloud VA Health Care System - OEM - JLG — manufacturer of the lift being repaired. - Requested services - Repair one JLG 600S Boom Lift, serial number 300074165, which has hydraulic leaks and a broken basket display decal. - Replace hydraulic hoses through the cat track, the hydraulic line from the pump to the block, and hydraulic oils. - Replace the basket display decal and the operator and ANSI manuals. - Perform diagnostics and repair or replace damaged parts as needed to restore operation to manufacturer standards. - Pick up and return the lift to the St. Cloud VA campus. - Notable requirements - Complete the repairs within three weeks after contract award. - Evaluate any additional repair needs, provide itemized pricing, and obtain written authorization from the VA Contracting Officer before performing additional work.
