Santé Québec Chaudière-Appalaches is seeking a provider to supply temporary accommodation for 24 older adults experiencing loss of autonomy related to aging. All 24 places must be provided at a single authorized Category 4 private seniors’ residence in Lévis, in the Desjardins and Chutes-Chaudière sectors. The places must be available no later than three months after the agreement is awarded. The contract term is 24 months, with three 12-month renewal options, for up to 60 months including options; bids must be submitted in French through SEAO.
