Description

The District of Saanich is seeking a professional consulting team to provide design and construction administration services for building enclosure and structural rehabilitation at Gordon Head Recreation Centre. The work includes the north and south lap pool end walls and the roof over the reception, foyer, and men’s and women’s changerooms. This is a second-stage selection under the Master Agreement, issued to suppliers qualified through RFSQ 02/21 for Category #3 Architectural and Category #5 Building Envelope Assessment And Remediation. Only suppliers prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 may respond; documents and addenda are available through the Saanich Procurement Portal.
