The Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431 is seeking suppliers for a multi-year supply of Type 106 traffic gravel. - Government buyer: Rural Municipality (RM) of St. Louis No. 431; no sub-agency or office is identified. - Products and quantities: Approximately 7,500 cubic yards per year for an east-side supply area and 7,500 cubic yards per year for a west-side supply area. Suppliers may bid on either area or both. - Supply requirements: Gravel must meet the municipality’s Type 106 specification and be loaded at the supplier’s pit. Suppliers should identify pit location and available quantities; the municipality’s contracted hauler will collect the material. - Evaluation considerations: Price per cubic yard, pit location and haul distance, specification compliance, supply availability, reliability, and overall value, including the possibility of awarding both areas to one supplier. - Performance period: Three seasons. The bid form refers to 2027–2029, while the synopsis refers to 2026–2028, so the solicitation materials contain inconsistent year references. Pickup is expected around the start of the annual hauling season. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, suppliers, or other commercial vendors are named.
