North Carolina is seeking as-needed, exclusive-ride transportation for clients of Walter B. Jones Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center in Greenville. - Government buyer: North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities, Walter B. Jones Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center (WBJ ADATC). - Service requested: Non-shared, for-hire passenger transportation to residences, recovery housing, shelters, clinics, bus and train stations, and other approved destinations. - Estimated demand: Approximately 1–10 requests per day, mostly on weekday mornings. The pricing form estimates 181,600 miles annually across the service categories below; these are estimates, not guaranteed volumes. - Estimated annual miles: 700 in-town, 5,000 in-county, 175,000 out-of-county, 300 holiday, and 600 after-hours. Payment is based on actual transportation miles. - Vendor responsibilities: Provide vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, and reporting. No minimum or maximum service volume is guaranteed. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, specific vehicle manufacturers, or vendors are named in the notice. - Term: One-year initial term with up to two additional one-year renewal terms.
