Description

Agriculture and Irrigation is seeking a contractor to inspect underwater and assess the condition of the Carolside Dam low-level outlet conduits upstream of the gatewell; the upstream conduit is 45 m long. The work includes reviewing existing records, conducting a camera inspection and collecting high-resolution video, and providing a report identifying the location of anomalies, accumulations, and damage. The contractor must provide a separate high-definition video file for each conduit. A valid Health and Safety Certificate of Recognition (COR) is mandatory, or bidders must provide a letter outlining progress toward obtaining COR.
