Description
The Federal Communications Commission amends its Table of TV Allotments by replacing UHF channel 20 with VHF channel 10 at Elko, Nevada. The change follows a petition from Reno (KENV-TV) Licensee, Inc., licensee of KENV-DT. The licensee said it could not complete construction of the channel 20 facility by the construction-permit deadline and requested the return to channel 10 so the station could continue operating at its licensed parameters and provide uninterrupted service. The FCC found the proposal compliant with applicable coverage, technical, and interference-protection requirements.
