South Tahoe Public Utility District is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop coordinated Water System and Sewer Collection System Strategic Plans under a single contract. The work also includes a combined Executive Summary and District-wide infrastructure investment roadmap bringing together findings, priorities, and recommended investments. The plans will integrate system planning and modeling with asset management, Level of Service, condition and performance information, probabilistic risk, lifecycle strategies, and long-range planning to establish a 30- to 50-year infrastructure investment framework. The selected consultant will build on the District’s existing planning, models, GIS, and Enterprise Asset Management system, and deliver practical tools to support annual CIP updates and future plan reassessments.
