Texas A&M University Athletics is seeking a vendor to provide chair-back seating and related services for home sporting events at Kyle Field and other campus athletic facilities. - Government buyer: Texas A&M University, Athletics; Procurement Services. - OEMs and vendors: No seat manufacturer, model, or vendor is named. The requested seats require a University-approved custom logo. Apple Pay is identified as an accepted payment method. - Products requested: Chair-back stadium seats for lease, rental, and purchase. Seats must attach to bleachers and individual non-bleacher seats without screwing into them, provide support, use breathable mesh, and display an approved custom logo. Texas A&M University Athletics is seeking proposals from a qualified vendor to provide lease, rental, and purchase services for chair back stadium seats for fans attending home sporting events at Kyle Field and other Texas A&M Athletic facilities in College Station, Texas. The scope includes supplying seats, installation and maintenance, game-day operations and customer service, sales and reporting services, and a rebate proposal payable quarterly to the University. The agreement is expected to run for three years, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. Proposals are due November 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
