Description
The Judiciary, State of Hawaii, is seeking juvenile sex offender-specific assessment and treatment services for court-adjudicated youth in the Second Circuit. Services are intended to address and reduce deviant or abusive behaviors, including unresolved victimization trauma issues, and improve community safety by preventing further victimization. The initial contract period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2029, with a possible additional two-year extension subject to funding and satisfactory performance. Proposals must be submitted electronically through HIePRO by December 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time.
