Description
The County of Elgin is seeking proposals from qualified transportation engineering consulting firms to conduct an Intersection Evaluation and Prioritization Study. The study covers eleven intersections on the County road network. It will assess safety and operational performance, evaluate future traffic conditions, and identify and assess potential improvement alternatives.
