Missouri is seeking two grades of muslin sheeting fabric for clothing factories operated by Missouri Vocational Enterprises. - Government buyer: State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, for the Missouri Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises. - Products requested: - Muslin Sheeting T130: estimated 90,000 linear yards, 54-inch cuttable width. - Muslin Sheeting T180: estimated 10,000 linear yards, 66-inch cuttable width. - Fabric requirements: Both grades must be bleached white, plain-weave, pre-cured and pre-shrunk, with a 50% polyester/50% cotton blend (±5%), permanent non-resinous finish, two clean selvages, minimum finished weight of 3.3 oz./sq. yd., and shrinkage within ±3% after the fifth cycle. T130 requires 127–133 threads per inch; T180 requires 177–183 threads per inch. - Delivery and ordering: Delivery is to the Chillicothe Correctional Center Clothing Factory in Chillicothe and the Missouri Eastern Correctional Center Clothing Factory in Pacific. Delivery is desired within 60 calendar days after receipt of a properly executed order; the minimum guaranteed order is 20,000 linear yards per order. The State of Missouri is seeking proposals for muslin sheeting fabric on behalf of the Missouri Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises. The contract period is from the date of award through one year. Supplies must be delivered FOB destination to the Chillicothe Correctional Center Clothing Factory and Missouri Eastern Correctional Center Clothing Factory.
