The Government of Prince Edward Island is seeking a contractor to repair and install snow guards at Beach Grove Home in Charlottetown. - Government buyer: Government of Prince Edward Island, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Building Services Division; procurement addressed to the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure. - OEMs/manufacturers named: Kennedy Metals Inc. and Vic West are listed as accepted sheet-metal product manufacturers, or an approved equal. Description

The work is to replace existing snow guard fasteners with properly sized fasteners and install new snow guards in the areas shown in the attached drawing. The contractor must reinstate areas affected by the construction and comply with infection control standards CSA Z317.13-22 and CSA Z8000. The tender also specifies that new snow guards are to match the existing type and color and be installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Bids are due November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time, and must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the Jones Building in Charlottetown.
