Description

The Arizona Department of Administration is seeking to establish one or more single-agency contracts for the sole use of the Arizona Industrial Commission Office, Medical Resource Office. The contracts will provide Workers’ Compensation Administrative Peer Review Services and Expert Panel Review Services.
