Description

The MRC de L'Assomption is seeking professional consulting engineering services to prepare a municipal road safety plan in accordance with the latest edition of the MTMD guide. The work includes preparing a detailed work plan, establishing a consultation process, acquiring and integrating data, analyzing accident data, preparing a road safety diagnosis, developing solutions and identifying those responsible for implementation, and preparing and adopting a road safety action plan. Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes for interim and monetary evaluations; electronic submissions are not accepted. The contract duration is 11 months, excluding options, and tender documents are available through SEAO.
