The scope includes selective demolition and abatement, concrete, masonry restoration, metals, carpentry, roofing, doors and hardware, glazing, interior finishes, lab equipment and casework, elevators, mechanical systems, and sitework. A Project Labor Agreement is in place, and qualified union and non-union contractors are encouraged to bid subject to its terms.
