Equipment must be new and include a three-year manufacturer warranty; alternatives must include documentation showing equivalence and compatibility with the existing network. Proposals must identify each item’s manufacturer, part number or SKU, unit cost, and E-Rate-eligible cost percentage, and include a SPIN or proof of application and authorized-reseller documentation.
