The Ministère de la Justice du Québec is seeking stenography services across Québec under an advance contract award notice.
Description
The Ministère de la Justice intends to award a contract for stenography services to Traductions KLM inc.; this is an Advance Contract Award Notice, not a competitive solicitation. The contract amount is $370,000, with a planned contract period from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2029. Only stenographers listed on the List of Official Stenographers of Québec may express interest. Interested providers must submit the proposal form before 14:00 local time on November 6, 2026; responses will be considered to determine whether a competitive solicitation should be undertaken.
