The U.S. Army is seeking custodial services for Fort Bliss-area facilities in Texas. - Government buyer: U.S. Army, W6QM MICC–Fort Bliss. - Scope: Custodial services for facilities at Fort Bliss, Biggs Army Airfield, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and surrounding training ranges in the El Paso area. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, vendors, or specific cleaning products are named in the notice. - Amendment requirements: The amendment applies to timely offerors still participating in the competition. They must submit updated Volume 1 and Volume IV proposals that replace prior versions, acknowledge the amendment, and keep proposals—including price revisions—valid for at least 180 calendar days after the submission deadline.

Description

Consistent with the reactivation of this solicitation under Amendment 0005 FAR 15.206(c), this amendment is issued only to offerors who submitted timely proposals and have not been eliminated from the competition; it is not being publicized for new offerors.Offerors are required to submit a fully updated Volume 1 and Volume IV as part of the Revised Proposal package. All submissions must be in accordance with the instructions in Addendum to 52.212-1. The revised submitted Volumes shall completely supersede and replace any previously submitted version in its entirety. The final proposal due date is Thursday, 04 November 2026, at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). All submitted proposals, including price revisions, must remain valid for a minimum of 180 calendar days from the final proposal due date. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment.
