Santé Québec - Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal Universitaire is seeking a specialized firm to supervise and perform quality control for roof-renovation work at pavilions 4, 6, 7, and 8 at the Mont-Saint-Antoine site in Montréal. Services include oversight and quality control of waterproofing work in accordance with the construction plans and specifications, approved product technical sheets, manufacturers’ instructions, and project requirements. Each pavilion has an approximate roof area of 10,600 square feet, to be confirmed using the plans and contract documents. The work is expected to take approximately 24 months and proceed progressively, one building at a time.
