The scope includes commercial-grade and highway-grade fixtures, related components, accessories, controls, and supporting services, including roadway luminaires, high-mast lighting, solar and area lighting, and facility fixtures. The contract term is five years, and required products include BABA compliance documentation for federally funded projects, delivery within eight weeks unless otherwise approved, and specified warranty minimums. Vendors must submit a technical response and cost sheet; evaluation requires at least 480 of 800 technical points to proceed to cost evaluation and 550 of 1,000 combined points for award.
