The County of Mendocino is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct the Unsheltered Homeless Point-in-Time Count Census and Survey Project for the Department of Social Services on behalf of the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC, CA-509). Proposals were due September 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Vendors were required to submit four signed paper copies and one copy on a USB flash drive in a sealed package marked with the RFP number. Late or faxed proposals would not be accepted.
