Services include tire repair, mounting, balancing, rotation, and tires for passenger, light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty, specialty, and commercial vehicles. Awarded contractor(s) are expected to provide quality products and services, competitive pricing, timely response, and dependable support to minimize fleet downtime. The submission deadline is November 24, 2026, at 2:30 PM EST, and a mandatory in-person kick-off meeting is scheduled for November 16, 2026.
