Consultants must have an office within 125 km of Saskatchewan’s provincial boundary, valid AAFC reliability status, and provide service in English; bilingual service may be required when directed. Description

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is seeking proposals to establish five contracts with Mediator Consultants to deliver the Farm Debt Mediation Service in Saskatchewan. Services will be provided on an as-and-when-requested basis for farmers experiencing difficulty meeting financial obligations. Mediators will facilitate neutral, confidential mediation between farmers and their creditors, working with a Financial Consultant and preparing written arrangements when the parties reach agreement. The contract period is from award through March 31, 2032.
