Miami-Dade County is hosting a hybrid workshop to help businesses understand County small-business, wage, and workforce program requirements. - Event: Training and refresher workshop for firms new to or seeking guidance on the County’s programs. - Topics covered: Small Business Enterprise – Construction Program (§10-33.02); Responsible Wages and Benefits Program (§2-11.16); Community Workforce Program (§2-1701); Residents First Training and Employment Program (§2-11.17); and Employ Miami-Dade Program (§2-10.4). - Participation: Attend in person or through Microsoft Teams; RSVP is required by May 10, 2027. - Procurement: This is an informational event, not a solicitation. Description

Miami-Dade County is hosting a hybrid training workshop for firms on compliance with County Code requirements relating to Small Business Enterprise Programs. The training is intended for companies that are new to these requirements or need a refresher on contract-code compliance. It will cover the Small Business Enterprise – Construction Program, Responsible Wages and Benefits Program, Community Workforce Program, Residents First Training and Employment Program, and Employ Miami-Dade Program.
