Support may also be needed for high-risk, precedent-setting, or politically sensitive matters. - Proposal information requested: Assigned lawyers, relevant education- and public-sector experience, approach, conflicts of interest, and proposed rates, retainer pricing, fees, and expenses. - Term: Intended 12-month retainer with an option to renew; proposed rates are to be guaranteed for 12 months from the contract effective date. The Saskatchewan School Boards Association is seeking proposals from qualified law firms to supplement its in-house legal team with senior legal consulting and advisory services.
