No bidder firms are clearly identified by name in the attendee list. - Notable technical requirements: Contractor must locate and protect utilities, maintain slope stability during construction, coordinate work around campus facilities, and provide qualifications, a work plan, materials/equipment information, and material certifications. Work includes inspections/testing, monitoring, and closeout reporting; follow-up slope monitoring is recommended. - Schedule and value: No project duration, contract value, or actual start/end dates are specified. The solicitation calls for a preliminary schedule based on a notice to proceed, with the actual start to be established after award and contract execution.
